CLEARANCE SAMPLING AND CERTIFICATES

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A POST REMEDIATION MOLD CLEARANCE INSPECTION?

The purpose of a clearance testing is to assure that the mold remediation was successfully and effectively completed and to confirm that the cleanup did not accidentally distribute high levels of moldy dust and debris into other building areas or into its mechanical systems such as heating or air conditioning systems. Just “testing” a building for mold is not nearly as reliable as an expert visual inspection.

Here at Miami Mold Specialist we are professionally trained to both locate and remove, as well as ensure that your mold issues have been eradicated by utilizing the most efficient clearance testing methods in the industry.

CLEARANCE PROCESS:

  • Visual inspection of the area(s) which were treated and all areas in which materials were removed.
  • Complete photographic documentation of the remediated area(s) to ensure that all visible mold growth has been successfully eradicated and that the area(s) are clean and debris free.
  • Collection of microbial air samples – both indoor and outdoor – to compare and contrast fungal ecologies and further assure that remediation was successful.
  • A written Post Remediation Report with Microbial Lab Results of the sample analysis will be provided within 1-2 business days after the date of completed remediation.
